Got some cool toys from Asia. Felt like making my first ever youtube video and series. If you're a fan of Transformers and/or transforming robot toys, you might learn something!

Well, after getting an unexpected amount of attention with that last one, it seemed appropriate to do another.

Great thread!
Not to derail it, but with 2024 being the 40th anniversary of the Challenge of the GoBots cartoon, may I ask, did you ever have any interest in those?

Thank you! Only a passing one. I do own Grungy, Puzzler, both headquarters, the oversized Cy-Kill and Psycho, and several of the standard sized ones as well. I enjoy them well enough, but they've never been a favorite of mine. There were definitely some better releases in Japan. Baikanfu is all sorts of awesome.

That most recent video (which is the one that brought me here) was really awesome. I haven't gotten to your previous videos yet, but I will. With that being said, I noticed that glorious Dai Atlas in the background of your video... have you done any videos on Transformers Zone toys? I am a big fan of Dai Atlas, he is my favorite Transformer from the Japanese G1 continuity. And although there is just that one Zone episode I have been able to dig up and read more about Dai Atlas, Roadfire and Sonic Bomber over the years and even snag some nice magazine scans from the early 90s. I also really appreciated his later appearances in more recent comics (was really digging the whole Circle of Light thing).

You may be giving me too much credit on this one. Dai Atlas remains one of my white whales. What you see behind me is the Titans Return version, not the Zone original. I share your passion for Zone, but I own so little of it as of yet. One day, I'd LOVE to do an episode on it.
