Thanks, codystarbuck , that's kind of sold me on giving the first Highlander a try. My work here is done!

This should be warning enough, for the sequels..... If that trailer makes no sense, watching the film won't improve the situation. In regards the tv series, I missed the pilot episode; but, there was a bit of irony in the first episode I ever saw. I had just been to the Atlanta Fantasy Fair, where I met Marc Singer, who was promoting Beastmaster 2 (Ferret Boogaloo). I had him sign a photo of himself, from the first film, wishing my sister Happy Birthday, because she loved watching him in that film and was warm for his half-naked form. When I got back home to Charleston, I turned on the tv and the new series was on, with Marc Singer as some mountain man immortal, who kidnaps a woman and forces Duncan McLeod to fight him. His acting was so over the top and the accent he was using would make Jim Nabors wince.

My favorite song about Batman. I heard it when I was 14 on a Milwaukee college radio station in 1986, and it took nearly 30 years for me to find out who recorded it and what the name of the song was.

Great Krypton! I have never heard this! I had Meco's "Star Wars and other Galactic Funk" as a kid and listened to it non-stop, but had no idea there was a superhero version! Is it not the greatest thing ever?

If we include comic strips, then there is this:

If we include comic strips, then there is this: Not to mention its follow-up "Snoopy's Christmas" which I feature on my "50 Holiday Favorites" Spotify playlist.
Cei-U! I summon the beagle eagle!

There were another three songs as well: "The Return of The Red Baron", "Snoopy For President" and "The Smallest Astronaut".
They're not as good as "Snoopy vs the Red Baron" and "Snoopy's Christmas", but all five songs are included on The Best of the Royal Guardsmen (and, yes, that's a real album and I have a copy of it).

If we're letting strips in, there are plenty of great songs. This may be the best...

If we include comic strips, then there is this: I probably drove my parents insane listening to this 45 on repeat... to quote Calvin... "If a novelty song is good one time, it's good 1000 times."

Probably this one, mainly because it kills some Batman fans that this stuff even exists... That’s a good reason! LOL
