Tartanphantom was nice enough to join me for a three part discussion of Jon Sable, so you can expect the first installment on February 15.

I have enjoyed all of these discussions, (Admission: I have yet to hear the last part of the Jon Sable discussion), nut this one should be great with the Honorable (future) Judge Bradley weighing in. (Although I'm going to have to find copies of the full run to read up on it first.)

Looking forward to the SMT discussion as it's one of my very favorite series of the '90's. In fact, my early '90's DC holy trinity consists of Starman, SMT and the John Ostrander-scripted Spectre series.

I only had one issue of the Mystery Theater book. I have no memory of it. Maybe it’s not a series that you can jump on to with ease.

I only had one issue of the Mystery Theater book. I have no memory of it. Maybe it’s not a series that you can jump on to with ease. The first several arcs were collected in trade format. but they never finished the series in trade format. Back issues for the first 50-60 issues are fairly ubiquitous and inexpensive (often dollar and even quarter bin fare at some shows and shops), the last 10 issues or so were a bear to find and a little bit pricier. So it's out there and fairly easy to find the early stuff and jump into it, it's the latter part of the series that can be tricky to get to be able to read it. -M

Sorry for the delay with the next episode. Had some minor technical issues and I've been too swamped to get it fixed. Should be soon though!

Parts 2 and 3 of my Sandman Mystery Theatre talk with Slam Bradley are both up.
There's going to be a short break before I cab get to recording more episodes, as I'm just swamped with projects right now. But hopefully in a month or so I can get the next one done.
