#15 Pepe Le Pew Created By: Looney Tunes ProductionsFrom WikipediaPepé Le Pew is a cartoon character in the Warner Bros. Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies series of cartoons, first introduced in 1945. A French striped skunk that always strolls around in Paris in the springtime, when everyone's thoughts are of "love", Pepé is constantly seeking "l'amour" of his own. However, he has two huge turnoffs to any prospective mates: his malodorous scent, and his refusal to take "no" for an answer, blissfully convinced that the girl is flirting with him, even when she rejects his advances to the point of physically assaulting him. Pepé is stereotypically French in the way Speedy Gonzales is stereotypically Mexican, speaking with an exaggerated accent. He is also the main antagonist of his shorts. Pepé Le Pew storylines typically involve Pepé in pursuit of what appears to be a female skunk ("la belle femme skunk fatale"). But the supposed female skunk is usually a black cat (retroactively named Penelope Pussycat) who has had a white stripe painted down her back, usually by accident (such as by squeezing under a fence with wet white paint). Penelope frantically races to get away from him because of his putrid odor and his overly aggressive manner,[1] while Pepé hops after her at a leisurely pace. From Me: Most Romantic Cartoon Character around! My Personal ThoughtsThe Romeo of the Cartoon World, the Playboy of the Cartoon World, The Valentino of the Cartoon World, and the Casanova of the Cartoon World all rolled into one adorable, charming, and delightful Skunk that embraces and romances the cutest kitty kat by the name of Penelope Pussycat that made these two characters delightful together. I just loved this character with romance in the air and that's why my whole family loved the sophistication of Pepe Le Pew and my own Father just chuckling away seeing these two characters at work together and my own Mother just laughed too. I just find him one of the most charming, lovable, setting the pace for romance and most of all does a work of art applying the right touch of his love to one of the cutest cat in animation history - the one and only Penelope Pussycat. Pepe Le Pew has a style of his very own and I just can't get enough of him personally. You just can't beat him and often Penelope Pussycat just can't help her so much and she often has to catch her breath trying her hardest to get away the charms of one of the most romantic characters around ... The Charm of Pepe Le Pew!

#14 Tasmanian Devil Created By: Looney Tunes ProductionFrom WikipediaThe Tasmanian Devil, commonly referred to as Taz, is an animated cartoon character featured in the Warner Bros. "Looney Tunes" and "Merrie Melodies" series of cartoons. Though the character appeared in only five shorts before Warner Bros. Cartoons closed down in 1964, marketing and television appearances later propelled the character to new popularity in the 1990s. From Me: I was very, very disappointed in Warner Bros Cartoons when I read that this character appeared in 5 animated cartoons. Wikipedia Again:Taz is generally portrayed as a ferocious, albeit dim-witted, omnivore with a notoriously short temper and little patience. His enormous appetite seems to know no bounds, as he will eat anything in his path. He is best known for his speech consisting mostly of grunts, growls, and rasps (in his earlier appearances, he does speak English with primitive grammar) as well as his ability to spin like a vortex and bite through nearly anything. Taz does have one weakness: he can be calmed by almost any music. While in this calm state, he can be easily dealt with. In 1991, Taz got his own show, Taz-Mania, which ran for four seasons, in which Taz was the protagonist. From Me: I did not know that he got his own show in 1991; unfortunately that was the year that I worked 60 hours a week for Boeing. My Personal ThoughtsI was very upset when they made only 5 animated shorts of this character because my whole family just loved this character to death because he was most idiotic, out of control, and most terrifying character around with can be calmed down with music in a hurry. I just cracked up when they played him and I wished they had him more often but I understand that they only did so much with this crazy character that they created in the first place. He's one of the most action oriented character that has lots to offer and most importantly he's perfect foil for Bugs Bunny and that's makes him idea to drive him bananas! I just loved the way Looney Tunes portrayed him and he's definitely has a mind of it's own and one of the wackiest characters ever appeared on television for a lot of reasons that most viewers don't quite put a finger on. He wacky because he eats through anything; out of control, tearing up the countryside, scaring a lot of animals, and acting like a fool to a calm and dignified Bugs Bunny that figured out how to calm him down! My favorite cartoon is "Devil May Hare" is considered a gem in my book and one of the most popular cartoon that Looney Tunes ever made. I will post it in a minute or two and I just loved the beginning of it when animals of all sorts running for their lives and that's the beauty of this beloved cartoon. Tasmanian Devil is a rare bird in the world of animated cartoons; why I say he's a rare bird because he is so simple to do and that's boggles my mind that Warner Bros did not do many of these cartoons in the first place. I wished that they dropped on Daffy Duck, Wile E. Coyote, Roadrunner, and other cartoons and just add a couple more Tasmanian Devils in the line-up in the first place because he's so funny, wacky, and most importantly one of the most popular cartoon characters among young boys and that why I was told that he got his own show in 1991 of which I did not know about it in the first place. His popularity at that time increases and that why I considered him iconic in the first place. I just wished that he appeared more ... He's deserved the #14 ranking ...

#12 Jerry #13 Tom Created By: MGM Animation StudiosFrom Me: I'm doing a double today and I felt it is appropriate thing to do because they go together nicely! From WikipediaTom and Jerry is an American animated series of short films created in 1940, by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera. It centers on a rivalry between its two title characters, Tom Cat and Jerry Mouse, and many recurring characters, based around slapstick comedy. A number of spin-offs have been made, including the television series The Tom and Jerry Show (1975–77), The Tom and Jerry Comedy Show (1980–82), Tom & Jerry Kids (1990–94), Tom and Jerry Tales (2006–08), and The Tom and Jerry Show (2014–present). The first feature-length film based on the series, Tom and Jerry: The Movie, was released in 1992, and multiple direct-to-video films have been produced since 2002. From Me: I did not know that there were many of these shows that they listed here. JerryTomMy Personal ThoughtsIt was considered one of the most violent cartoons that often gets criticized by all parents and I get reprimanded by my Parents for watching it. One of the first thing that I did when I moved out of my Parents Place is to start watching Tom and Jerry Cartoons on the Cartoon Network and I did that for numbers of years and enjoyed them greatly. I wanted to rank them higher but I couldn't and this is about the high that they can go. Jerry at Number 12 and Tom at Number 13. I just loved this cartoon full of action, comedy, drama, and pretty much everything under the sun and having said that I couldn't possibly ignore this cartoon completely and it was amazing that they had that many sequels showing the great popularity of this cartoon brings on the table. Jerry is a lovable mouse and Tom is a frustrated cat and pretty much every single time - the mouse wins and Tom gets frustrated trying to defeat this mouse with great futility and that's makes it a great cartoon to watch. It was one of the best imagination cartoon because the amount of things that they use in these cartoon and I was stunned how different each one really was. You have to see it for yourself and You Tube have tons of Tom and Jerry Cartoons to enjoy over and over again. I just love Tom and Jerry!

#11 Underdog Created By: Total Television Animation StudiosFrom Me: This cartoon created in Mexico. From WikipediaUnderdog is an American animated television series that debuted October 3, 1964, on the NBC network under the primary sponsorship of General Mills and continued in syndication until 1973 (although production of new episodes ceased in 1967[1]), for a run of 124 episodes. In 1959, handling the General Mills account as an account executive with the Dancer Fitzgerald Sample advertising agency in New York, W. Watts Biggers teamed with Chet Stover, Treadwell D. Covington, and artist Joe Harris in the creation of television cartoon shows to sell breakfast cereals for General Mills. The shows introduced such characters as King Leonardo, Tennessee Tuxedo, and Underdog. Biggers and Stover contributed both scripts and songs to the series. When Underdog became a success, Biggers and his partners left Dancer Fitzgerald Sample to form their own company, Total Television, with animation produced at Gamma Studios in Mexico. In 1969, Total Television folded when General Mills dropped out as the primary sponsor (but continued to retain the rights to the series until 1995; however, they still own TV distribution rights through The Program Exchange). My Personal ThoughtsEven, at #11 Underdog is a winner in my book with it's catchy tunes at start of the show - the Original Opening made it great and I would like to share it now! It's heroic and inspiring that's made the show great it was and I just fell in love with this animated cartoon because it's has great script, great characters, it was more a comic book type animation, and most importantly this has lots of Superman elements as well and that's made it great. I always have a soft edge of this cartoon and I was very sad when it's was took off the air and I consider it one of NBC's worst decision ever. They could not make it relevant for the time being and that's killed the show. Anyway, I originally had this going as a two for one proposition adding Polly Purebred at first but after much debate I decided not to include her because it would be totally unfair to Simon Bar Sinister who is human in this cartoon and that's why I've omitted her in the first place. She and Simon Bar Sinister were perfect supporting cast character and they played excellent comparison to Lois Lane and Lex Luthor in the Superman Comic Strips from the 40's to the 90's. Polly with Underdog ... and Underdog's Arch Enemy - Simon Bar SinisterIt's full of action, drama, suspense, and pretty much a fun cartoon to watch and it's was very popular among young boys and girls and matter of fact my whole family occasionally watch this cartoon together for kicks and that's shows how popular it was back then. I just loved this character and this is high it's goes - Underdog at #11!

The duo started their own company later, after MGM shut down its animation division. Technically, you are right - but, I see it as a different angle and that's why Hanna and Barbara did the initial creation of the cartoon show itself and having said that I had a hard time putting MGM into the equation because they literally shutdown their animation department and therefore should not get credited for it. When, a studio like MGM shutdown it's animated department - it's becomes moot point to me and that's bothers me a lot and that's why I took a gut call giving Hanna and Barbara the credit not MGM. It was a difficult decision that I had to make and I'm sticking to it.

#12 Jerry #13 Tom Created By: Hanna Barbara Productions Not quite right - the characters were created by Hanna and Barbera when they were employees of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM). The duo started their own company later, after MGM shut down its animation division. Rob, Last night, I went to a friend of mine who knows the in and out of MGM and I ask him who created Tom and Jerry Cartoons - I told him it's was Hanna Barbara that did the ground work of creating the animation and therefore gets credited for doing the animated cartoon in the first place. He said that both MGM and Hanna Barbara should get equal billing of creating Tom and Jerry Cartoons and I have to say this that MGM should get full credit for the financing, creation, and the distribution of so called cartoon and Hanna Barbara should get full credit of the designing, functionality, and the story of so called cartoon and I have to say this he told me that MGM comes first, then Hanna Barbara second. In my opinion - You are right in the first place and I had to talk to him because he knows a lot of history of animation especially cartoons that made in the 30's, 40's, and 50's. I've Change the Heading ...

#10 Sylvester the Cat Created by Looney Tunes ProductionsFrom WikipediaSylvester James Pussycat, Sr.,[1] Sylvester the Cat or simply Sylvester, or Puddy Cat, is a fictional character, a three-time Academy Award-winning anthropomorphic Tuxedo cat in the Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies repertory, often chasing Tweety Bird, Speedy Gonzales, or Hippety Hopper. The name "Sylvester" is a play on Felis silvestris, the scientific name for the wild cat species (domestic cats like Sylvester, though, are actually Felis catus). The character debuted in Friz Freleng's Life With Feathers (1945). Freleng's 1947 cartoon Tweetie Pie was the first pairing of Tweety with Sylvester, and the Bob Clampett-directed Kitty Kornered (1946) was Sylvester's first pairing with Porky Pig. Sylvester appeared in 103 cartoons in the golden age. He appeared fourth most frequently in films behind Bugs Bunny, Porky Pig, and Daffy Duck respectively. Three of his cartoons won Academy Awards, the most for any starring Looney Tunes character: they are Tweetie Pie, Speedy Gonzales, and Birds Anonymous. In many cartoons, Sylvester is shown intentionally sticking out his tongue while speaking, putting emphasis that the lisp is intentional. Sylvester is also known for spraying people he's talking to with the saliva from his lisping, which is a trait rarely shared by Daffy. A common gag used for both Sylvester and Daffy is a tendency to go on a long rant, complaining about a subject and then ending it by saying "sakes." My Personal ThoughtsI consider Sylvester the Cat one of the most versatile character that Looney Tunes ever created and goes well with so many cartoon characters like Tweety Bird, Speedy Gonzales, Hippety Hopper, and others that every time I watch Looney Tunes on a Saturday Morning I see Sylvester having fun with so many Looney Tunes characters that I felt that he should had his own show by now. I just loved his mannerisms, his humor, his distinctive speech, his way of thinking, and most of all his frustrations of trying to get his adversary that's always ended up in failure. So Iconic and so lovable - that he's deserved to be ranked #10 and commanded my respect for being the most adaptable character in existence and the most flexible too. He witty, smart, wacky, and full of life in every thing that he do. You just can't go wrong with him. He's deserved to be #10.
