She looks beautiful but once she breaks both ankles she will have a hard time kicking ass. Or anything else for that matter. Yeah I was thinking about how one would justify those high heel boots. She has had them in the comics for ages. Since this will be applied to film though....I'm not sure what practical use they will have. I used to be vehemently against high heels on super heroines however I became more open to the idea after watching this video. She makes some good points and since I've never actually worn them I have to defer to her experience. I still think stilettos look a bit silly on super heroines though. That was as smart as it was funny! Great little video! I can imagine every supervillain on Earth making adjustments to their secret hideout, now, and installing grids on each floor! Considering the arguments presented in the video, shouldn't Wonder Woman go around on stilts instead of high heels? She'd get the same advantages in terms of height and reach, and would jump higher! Wonder Woman as DC's answer to Stilt-man...Take that, Marvel!

I'll happily forgo the red-white-and-blue color scheme for something that actually says "immortal Amazon princess." Whatever makes you feel pretty, man. That's the important thing.

Not in front of the children, Kurt. You know how they cry when we fight.

The costume looks about how I expected...I knew they'd go for something dark in tone and avoid using any bright colors, though it'd be nice to see some red or maybe a tiara.

But I also agree that, given the last couple of DC movies, we knew what we were gonna get. (And I really, really, really, really, *really* hope this leads into a Wonder Woman movie.)

I'm not very enthused about the new Wonder Woman costume; its not so much the design but the color. I fear in the new DCU that Wonder Woman will be reduced to just another darker/overtones character much in the same vein as Superman in Man of Steel.

The new WW costume is not surprising given the direction Warner has been taking with the DC films. I'm not even a big WW fan, but as a comic and superhero fan in general, I had hope they would at least be respectful of her origins and at least be faithful with the color scheme. Near as I can tell, the movie costume doesn't even use the color scheme of the comics AT ALL.

Really the only notable DC hero in film that has had as similar color scheme to the comics is Christopher Reeve's Superman. Maybe one could say Green Lantern, but that movie was terrible.

Has Jimenez changed his style in recent years? I wouldn't say "changed", but he's progressed.

That Wonder Woman cover is beautiful. Not sure I will buy this comic though as I tend not to spend much money these days on what DC publishes since much of it isnt worth the rrp.
