Since it's Valentine's Day, what are some of your favorite couples in comics? One of the most obvious ones of course, has to be Peter Parker and Mary Jane (I've been reading the "Wedding album" TPB which compiles the stories leading into the marriage)

I'm a bit of an old romantic at heart, so I like an awful lot of comic book romances.
But I'd say that Peter Parker and Mary Jane would likely be my number #1 couple in comics. I used to really enjoy the soap opera elements that their romance, and later marriage, brought to the Spider-books. I still consider the erasing of their marriage by the demon Mephisto to be one of worst -- if not the worst -- missteps in Spider-Man's decades long publishing history.
I also really liked Peter and Gwen Stacy as a couple too.
Others that I enjoyed reading and that I felt enhanced and improved their respective comic book appearances would be...
Jessica Jones and Luke Cage from Alias, The Pulse etc. Admittedly this has been an up and down romance, but it was always interesting and had just the right combination of disfunctionality and sincere sweetness to make it feel very realistic.
Daredevil and Elektra's romance was pretty fiery and volatile, but her presence in the Daredevil comic always made for a good read.
Daredevil and Black Widow was an even better coupling and also a lot of fun to read.
I guess Reed Richards and Sue Storm should be mentioned too, but in all honesty, I've sometimes found their romance annoying and a hindrance to my enjoyment of the Fantastic Four.
Bigby Wolf and Snow White from Fables had a very real feeling dynamic to their relationship, in spite of the unreality of their characters and surroundings.
Alan Quatermain and Mina Murray from Leage of Extraordinary Gentleman were a lot of fun to read too.

I'd have to go with Green Arrow & Black Canary, especially the way Mike Grell wrote them as a more mature, long-term couple.
Honorable mention to Miyamoto Usagi and Tomoe.

I'll second Wes & Dian (Holdin' on to sixty, as long as they can......).
Ralph & Sue is my top, though. They were one of the few really "married couples" in comics.
Jennifer Mays and Gabe Webb, from the Maze Agency, is a close second.
Also second Maggie & Hopey.
You also can't beat Dagwood and Blondie. He gave up a fortune for her and never looked back.

Yeah, that's my answer, too - there are twelve days of posts and discussion wherein this topic was pretty thoroughly hashed out by multiple members here.

At the moment my favorite couple are Francine and Katchoo. I don't love a lot of the story choices Terry Moore makes, but I'm still desperate to find out how things end between these two.

Anyone paying attention knows that my favorite is Dian Belmont and Wes Dodds. They were okay but she needed to go in the kitchen and make him a sammich more often.

Janet Van Dyne & Hank Pym/Yellowjacket I second that emotion. That was such a nice run with Tuska artwork.
