I went with Annihilus and Puppet Master. Both very creepy characters.

The "G" is a symbol from TAA, the was Superman's "S" is Kryptonian. And it was very hot in New York that day, so he went without leggings. Ha, I was gonna say that. The symbol means "hungry."

While not a villain in the truest sense of the word, I have to go with Galactus. Such a cool character, visually and conceptually. Also, Molecule Man. I don’t believe he’s ever been quite used to his full potential, but his powers are dangerous. Anyone who can control molecules is not to be taken lightly.
The problem the the Molecule Man for me was that he was too powerful: no limits ever seemed to be put to his ability - he never got tired, for example, or found something too complicated to re-arrange.
I still haven't voted but I will. Right now I'm finding too many objections to whichever choice I think of - for example, Galactus arguably not a villain and also becoming a bit ridiculous over time with being repeatedly defeated by a bunch of lowly earthlings. But I might have to vote for him just based on that first story.

Which lowly earthlings have beaten Galactus in recent times? So that I can avoid such stories. He should never be made a mockery of.
I get your point about Molecule Man, by the way.

The Molecule Man has actually always been a bit fascinating to me more from the psychological angle. Yes, he's at that top power level that at face value makes it hard to challenge him in that sense.
But his personality is the farthest from a megalomaniacal villain. Exploring self-imposed limitations on his powers (e.g. control of organic molecules) was an interesting aspect of this to me. In Secret Wars, I love that ultimately finding a kind and gentle romantic partner and settling down to a routine suburban experience was true happiness for him.
Not remotely an ounce the ambition of a Doom, but could have dusted him in a heartbeat if he wanted to.

But yeah, the only way to defeat him was to make him drop his wand. When he needed a wand. This changed in Avengers #215 (along with no longer needing a body to take over). Fortunately for us all, he decided to reform after this story. (Hey, Tigra could probably talk me into anything, too.)

Always love a good stubbly "been up all night saving the universe" Reed panel.

Galactus puts his pants on one leg at time. He just devours worlds while he’s doing it.

Not a fan of the FF rogues gallery. I only really like Doctor Doom, but since he's off the table, I chose Galactus and Puppet Master. I don't really consider Galactus a villain, though, and I only chose Puppet Master 'cause he's so perfectly bizarre-looking, like Clint Howard in doll makeup.
