NOT AN ENTRYFound this for a music store in Ithaca, NY. Not sure if the image is something they made or from an older 50's era horror book but thought it was cool
That's the splash panel for the story "The Voice of Death", scripted by Arnold Hano, art by Russ Heath.
It was later reprinted in Strange Planets #15 in 1964... I have this book, but not the original Atlas book.
These covers are not contest entries.

Veronica 184 10/17/ 2007 Challenge accepted Codystarbuck! It looks more like a gameboy but if Reggie says its a 8 track who am I to argue. That is way more 70s than Archie was ever allowed to be....in the 70s! However, it's also kind of a timewarp of the whole decade in one outfit. Hair that feathered is in the disco era, not the hippie end of the decade. She'd have straight hair and a headband or similar. That hair says designer jeans or spandex disco chic. Jughead I see more as a Punk.

The only thing is Archie's mullet, which was more of a what, 80s or 90s thing? I don't associate it with the 70s, anyway.

They took off in the 80s, but David Bowie, Rod Stewart, Keith Richards, and Paul McCartney all sported mullets at some points in the 70s.
