Question Mark & The Mysterians (of 99 Tears fame) as the name was inspired by the Captain Scarlet And The Mysterons show, and it did have comics.
There was/is a metal type band out of vancouver calling itself Thor, and wasn't there a solo metal guy using the name Thor as a stage name too?

Arrow was a calypso musician. Flash was a 70s prog rock band. Phantom is the name of South Koren hip-hop trio. The Spectre is a British rapper. Starman were a British pop band of the late 2000s. The Strangers is a name used by at least two bands: Merle Haggard's backing band, and an Australian rock band of the 60s and 70s.
