What comic company created this far out character? ... I've never heard of him.

Looks like an amalgamation of Blue Beetle, Captain Atom and Spider- Man.

Indeed
It's published by Charlton Neo, the current version of Charlton.
The story he appeared in here appeared in The Charlton Arrow # 1 (2017).
Yeah, I'm kind of curious to read this myself.

I just noticed that he is wearing a big bushy green thing attached to his shoulder like the Creeper. And the dedication in the background to Ditko seals it as being a combo of his greatest works.

That outfit on the Spook in the Batman splash looks like a bad Ghost of Christmas Future costume.

And the Bravados look like they're led by Barney Miller. Pretty good job on the diversity - better than many more modern teams.

I didn't remember if it had already been posted, so I decided to post it anyway. I'd rather do that than pass on a nice splash page. Didn't feel like slogging through 36 pages on the thread to see if someone else had posted it already. This isn't the first duplicate post either. Others have done it as well for the same reasons I've stated I'm sure. I know. Offered only in the GMTA category...
