Mecha, that Sunfire is by Don Heck with a great inking job by Tom Palmer.
Says it right there in the credits.
Heck never looked better.

This one requires the cover to be truly appreciated...   It's a neat trick - using the splash page not to reiterate what the cover's already revealed nor highlight a scene from later in the story, but treat the cover itself as page one and the splash page now becomes page two. Of course, Secret Six 1 pulled the same trick earlier that year... Cover  Splash Page  |

So it was Don Heck that came up with the modern Black Widow design with the red hair, black leather body-suit, gold belt, etc? Don't think I realised that until now.
I much prefer the Scarlet Witch with black hair, at least when she has that all-red costume: it provides a bit of contrast.
