I've been cooking a bit so I thought I'd revive this thread. This was from last weekend. Smoked Tri-Tip, with sauteed mushrooms, rosemary bread toast, and spring mix salad. The tri-tip turned out excellent. Nice smoke ring and flavor, even though the recipe called for mesquite and I smoked it with hickory.

Picked this up from Costco today. Deeeelish. Can be served as an appetizer or dip. Low calorie, healthful, refreshing. And very economical

I made this for dinner tonight, but it didn't last long enough for me to get a photo. Served with sweet potato fries with a maple and mustard sauce and sweet corn on the cob.

Classic Sunday comfort food: Open face tuna melts. 2 cans yellow fin in oil 1/2 red bell pepper, diced 1/4 sweet onion, diced 2 celery hearts, diced 1 tbsp capers 2 tbsp mayo Salt, pepper, crushed red pepper to taste Mix it all together and spread it on toast Top with white cheddar and paprika Pop under the broiler until toasty and bubbling
