This doesn't aim to be a comprehensive list, but I hope it includes every relevant work he did as a writer.
Sin City has many stories inside, if it achieves more votes than any other, I will start a different poll, like I did with Sandman. Anyone who feels that ANY of those stories, represent Miller's best work, should choose Sin City, even if it doesn't hold on average.
DK3 is still under publication, if someone thinks it could be worthy, is best to wait before casting a ballot, the poll won't be locked before summer.
I'll update this post with lockdown information, as it approaches.

I always enjoyed Batman Year One ... and I read that book on a yearly basis and I loved the story dynamics and the artwork inside. To me, it's amazing piece of work by Frank Miller.

Yes, is a very close call, when choosing between TDKR and Y1. I prefer the former, because it was groundbreaking, even though I probably enjoy more the latter.

Much as I've liked a lot of his work, easily his DD work is the strongest in my mind.

Yes, I'm the one who voted for All Star Batman & Robin. I'll explain when I have more time (probably tomorrow).
Don't judge me.

Best work as a writer? Year one, hands down, but as a cartoonist, it's between 300, DKR and Ronin. I voted Ronin since it's self contained and an original story.

That's a very hard choice to make; Miller created a lot of great books, and they weren't all good for the same reasons. I chose Born again for its success in building such a bigger than life story without bigger than life gimmicks and for the amazing emotional roller-coaster it put readers through. But then I could have voted for Batman: year one for exactly the same reasons.
And The Dark Knight returns was awesome. As were many stories in the Sin City series. And his original Daredevil run was ground breaking and spectacular, both in terms of art and story. GAAAAH!!! CAN'T... CHOOSE!!!

DKR destroys. A lot of these are brilliant, but Dark Knight Returns was on a whole 'nother level in terms of formal design and storytelling.

I'm not sure there's much to Miller's Bats that wasn't in, say, Everett's Sub-Mariner. It's just played about 10% straighter. Having a superhero over the age of 50 is damn near unprecedented, though.

His initial Daredevil run, and issue #181 was the best.

I don't think I've read a Frank Miller comic that didn't star Batman. My choice is Year One.
