I'm one of those people who like both the Eagles and Fleetwood Mac (although truthfully I haven't been able to bring myself to listen to Rumours in well over a decade). I like Barry Manilow, John Denver and ABBA too and I don't care who knows it.
Cei-U! Clearly I crave your scorn, music snobs!

I think we can all agree that Stevie Nicks was the best part of American Horror Story: Coven.

I'm a horrible excuse for a homosexual.

Surely we're not lumping the Peter Green-led Fleetwood Mac in with the Rumours-era Mac. Green Manalishi and Oh Well are two of my favorites. I quite like the immediate post-Green stuff as well ( Mystery To Me and the Dragonfly single, for example).

I think we can all agree that Stevie Nicks was the best part of American Horror Story: Coven. It was really cool to see her actually perform twice on the show. I wish I could find a better clip of this but I guess there won't be a high quality version online until the dvd comes out.

I think of them as two different bands, kind of like the pre- and post-Michael McDonald Doobies. Cei-U! I summon the discriminating taste!

howdy, folks. got the link on FB from Neil, and although I never really posted on the Classics board at CBR, I see quite a few names I recognized. so went ahead and joined up, and bookmarked not sure how often I'll have time to post, but you might see me around a bit.

I've been here 10 hours, and not a mod in sight. It's a jungle out there!

I love me some classic Stevie Nicks era Fleetwood Mac. Love all those songs in there. One of my favorite by them was this one....

I was at a great bar in Glasgow the other night, talking about music and San Francisco. And a nice Scottish guy starts talking about how great Rumors is and that it was recorded in Sausalito.

I, MWGallaher, started participating on the CBR forums back when it was home to Scott Shaw!'s Oddball Comics feature and forum. I was a regular on the Oddball Forum under the monicker "The Professor" (named after my favorite Gilligan's Island character; I'm not a professor in real life). At some point I started joining in on the Classics Forum, and continued there after Scott moved away from CBR. After the first great CBR Forum meltdown (with its wipeout of threads and memberships), I re-registered using my real name (M is for Michael, W is for William). I suppose I was best known as the #1 Jim Aparo fan of the gang (I ran an Aparo fan club and newsletter with Chris Khalaf, a name you might remember from lettercols of the 70's and 80's), but my range of comics interests is a lot broader than just that, as I hope I've demonstrated. In real life, I'm an engineer for NASA in Huntsville Alabama, USA.
