.rar en .cbr are exactly the same thing (just like .cbz en .zip are the same thing). It's just a rename of a .rar to a .cbr to link make CDisplay or equivalent be the program to default open it, while you can still user your compression/extraction software to default open the .rar en .zip files.

Does anyone know where this panel comes from? I don't recognize the character on the table at all. That's the super-hypnotist Hip Knox, in a scene from Superworld Comics #2 (1940).

What Comic Book Reader software do folks here prefer? When I updated to Windows 10, I had to download CDisplay again but for some reason it doesn't function the same as my old copy. This makes me wonder if I was using something other than CDisplay previously and simply forgot what I ad. I need something that can read .cbr, .cbz and .rar files. Cei-U! I summon one of my most frequently used tools! I use CDisplay 1.8.1.0 on Win10 with no problems.

Does anyone know where there panels comes from? (The original comic I mean, I know that someone changed the text... ) First guess is Treasure Chest. Looks like it could be from the 40s / early 50s. Comic Book Plus has a lot of them on line: comicbookplus.com/?cid=407Good hunting!

A couple of years before the Post-Crisis Reboot, Lois Lane had broken up with Superman and the latter (as Clark Kent) started a relationship with Lana Lang. Yes, Superman's eternal girlfriend left him and no one noticed. This makes it clear how much his comics were popular at the time.

It was just before the Crisis on Infinite Earths maxi-series correct? Would it be in the 1970's or the early 1980's?

By the way, how would you define the relationship between PreCrisis Superman and Lois Lane? They professed each other eternal love, they went to a lot of dates, they showed them kissing and all that was possible to show in a Comic Code book, but evidently they weren't a couple. They had even some other romantic interludes.
So... were they still dating? They were in a open relationship? What???

Pre Crisis it was never Lois and Superman to the public, it was Lois and Ckark who were in a relationship. It was a slow burn kind of thing with Lois unrequited love and Ckark who hesitated, holding back for fear of placing Lois in constant danger. He did eventually "give in" and publicly begin to openly "date" Lois.

This story in #96 (from 1969) even treats a Superman/Lana/Lois love triangle as public knowledge.
