I got it, I read it, it was an interesting start. Love Jock's art, and I am hopeful Snyder's ending this time can live up to the interesting premise he set up, something he has only done with Severed so far among his entire oeuvre of comics and prose stories (and there he had a co-writer doing a lot of the heavy lifting), so I am taking this one issue by issue. -M Same here, just like Outcast. I tried to get a NYCC variant to Wytches but the price has me burning at the stake...settled for Batman #35 instead

But I really like the premise and characters in the story (Outcast) so far. -M

I couldn't get a copy. It may be the straw that broke the camels back regarding floppies. I hate the LCS, I hate online ordering, I hate speculators who show up Wednesday morning and buy fifteen copies of the same thing so nobody else gets to read it, and I hate paying inflated prices for brand new comics on eBay.

DC no definites, 2 maybes though...
Catwoman #35 might check out new direction... Multiversity the Just #1 (of all the Multiversity books announced, this was the one I was least interested in, so not sure if I will get it
Image Five Ghosts #13 (yeah it's back! I usually trade wait this series, but it is one of my favorite current comics and may break down and by the issue) Lazarus #12
Oni Stumptown #2 (making this a double dose of Rucka week in tandem with Lazarus)
no Marvel or Dynamite this week, so small week, which is fine, my wallet appreciates it.

Just heard about a Shaky Kane one-shot from last summer that I missed: it was called "That's Because You're a Robot", which I think is a pretty catchy title.
Speaking of Kane, Has Bulletproof Coffin been abandoned, I wonder? Haven't seen any new isues or collections for quite some time.

You play with the variant fire long enough, you'll get burned one way or the other-either missing out on something and having to pay big bucks to get it, or buying into something that fizzles on the secondary market and losing money on it. -M

She'll be glad she missed out in six months when all the hype is gone.

I'm re-reading The Sixth Gun and Saga. My first impression of Saga was wrong. While I enjoyed it, I didn't fully understand what Vaughn was doing and trying to say about families caring for each other while at the same time avoiding stagnation and not taking risks. It's a very good series and deserves the hype.
