Cary Grant and Ann Sheridan in
I Was a Male War BrideThis is one of my favorite Cary Grant Movie that came out in 1949 and he was sensational playing Captain Henri Rochard is a French officer assigned to work with Lieut. Catherine Gates played by Ann Sheridan. Through a wacky series of misadventures, they fall in love and marry. When the war ends, Capt. Rochard tries to return to America with the other female war brides. Zany gender-confusing antics follow with great laugh all around!
