I'm racking my brain for ideas, but my question is about one shots and graphic novels. Do there have to be a minimum of three of these for the spinoff to qualify?

Do characters introduced in titles like Showcase, Marvel Premiere, Brave and the Bold and other "trial run" series counts as sources? No, not if they were the feature character in their first appearance. For example, Lois Lane's solo series, which began in Showcase #9, would be eligible but Metamorpho's debut in B&B #57 would not. Clear enough?

I'm sitting at 10entries that are eligible that I like enough to use but only because you can have multiple entries with a single character per Kurt's initial post.
