This might be debatable, but I'm certain the figure walking off panel is Superman:

As I'm sure MDG recalls, many Marvel characters were parodied in Inferior Five, courtesy E. Nelson Bridwell, including the Avengers, Namor (Sub-Moron), Thor and Spider-Man (Cobweb Kid). The Fantastic Four became the Kooky Quartet (another inside joke itself), with Vanishing Queen, Matchstick Kid, Whatchamaycallit and Mr. Man-Plastic. There were also King Size and Tse-Tse (Giant-Man and the Wasp); the Eggs-Men, led by Dean Egghead and including the Ape; Basilisk (Irish Autumns... groan); rich kid Melvin Murgatroyd XIV, the winged Icarus; Billy Gander, (Winter Wonderlad), and Penelope Pink (Bridwell couldn't help himself), aka Levitation Lass. There were non-Marvel parodies too, notably the Man from UNCLE, the THUNDER Agents, Darwin of the Apes and a spoof of the Scarlet Pimpernel, the Crimson Chrysanthemum... The Freedom Brigade were the Inferior Five's spiritual ancestors (and literal parents, in the case of Awkwardman, the son of the Mermaid and Mr. Might) who were more or less legit versions of their incompetent offspring, as well as analogues of the JLA. Inferior Five's debut in Showcase preceded Marvel's Not Brand Echh by a full year, btw. Oh, and I just remembered this Hulk parody from the same time. Not an actual appearance, but a clear reference to the Hulk.

The perspective on the B&B cover is a bit wonky.

From 1970's Avengers #77--the young T'Challa attending an American school, sitting near a couple of towheaded classmates...and in the foreground, a bespectacled youth

Curiously, when Marvel's Exiles came out, their version of the Mimic came from Earth-12, so I assume he was a member of the Eggs-Men.

And while not "really" a comic book: (not really a cameo either, but unexpected to be sure)

In an issue of the DC mini-series Legends, Jim Shooter as Star Brand Sunspot makes an appearance. Sunspot inadvertently blew off his own foot, shortly thereafter. John Byrne was settling scores, looks like.

The few that I can think of that I might have liked have never happened, as far as I know, whether as cameos or as official cross-overs. For example, it might have been interesting to see the Phantom Stranger or Madame Xanadu in combination with Doctor Strange, or perhaps Gerber's Jennifer Kale in the Man-Thing series.
Speaking of Man-Thing, there was a double-page spread in the last issue of Gerber's run that featured a lot of cameos, as it was meant to be a huge mass of characters from different universes of the mulitverse all mixed together in a crowd. I'm pretty sure there were some DC characters included. I'll try to find the image online and post it here.

That one JLA issue - I think it was during Len Wein's run - where the League just flat-out fought Spider-man. (Ok, tbf it wasn't Spider-man but it was a dude wearing Spider-man's costume exactly and it was multiple pages. I assume nobody at Marvel was readingDC books or there woulda been a lawsuit....)
