No, I dont mean crossovers or the Amalgam stuff, I'm talking subtle, lawyer friendly cameos by DC characters (never referred to by their full name of course) in Marvel books (the opposite, Marvel cameos in DC books can also be mentioned). For example, Clark Kent has made several appearances in the Marvel Universe, sometimes even with Lois.

Yeah, Clark did indeed make a number of guest appearances in Marvel. Here's a more subtle one from Marvel Team-up #79:

And as a joke on Supes/Clark and Lois appearing in Marvel comics, Peter Parker and Mary Jane appear in a few panels of an issue of Crisis on Infinite Earths, I *think* #5

Lois and Clark in Thor: (Prior to these panels, Nick pulls out a pair of glasses for Thor to wear to hide his identity, saying "they always worked for that other guy.")

Not exactly Marvel/DC, but I loved the unofficial crossover between the Teen Titans and the DNAgents. The DC side was drawn by Steve Rude, and featured the Titans vs. the RECOMbatants. The Eclipse side featured the DNAgents vs. "Project Youngblood". The Youngblood/Titans analogues were pretty distant from the Titans originals, but the RECOMbatants were carbon copies of the Evanier/Meugniot characters, just miscolored.

Wow, those faux-DNAgents are really on the nose. I imagine they had special permission from Mark, Will et al since they were creator-owned. Likewise it would have been more difficult in the other direction which explains the lack of similarity there.

This happened in AQUAMAN #56: So this is a very subtle appearance of Aquaman a few years later in SUB-MARINER #72: Both written by Steve Skeates, and both the final issues of their run.

Spider-Man in Legion of Super-Heroes #300 (look to the right of Sun Boy's leg) Thor in Legion #293 (Spidey, too, to the right of the shadowy hand, in the same panel) You do have an unofficial crossover between DC, aside from the Rutland stories. In Invaders #14-15, the Quality Comics heroes, aka the Freedom Fighters (at DC) appear in the series, under new names and slightly altered costumes, as The Crusaders.... In Freedom Fighters #8-9, the Invaders appear, in modified form.... The Silver Ghost (a foe of the FF) masquerades as Americommando; but, Barracuda, Fireball, Rusty and Sparkler are actually comic book fans, turned into comic book heroes, known as The Crusaders. The fans' names are Roy, Lennie, Marvin and Arch.
