Watching Tombstone on AMC. One of the greatest movies I ever saw and Val Kilmers finest hour. Agreed.

I guess I'm going to watch Deep Star Six and drink some red wine till I'm ready to sleep.
Edit: Well I'm going to drink more wine and just took a melatonin. That wasn't a very good movie. It may have beat Leviathan by three months in release date but not a better film overall. Somehow underwater horror in that ridiculous of levels isn't the scary part. Drowning, not decompressing, cabin fever and the crushing weight of water is scary enough science without the fiction.

Oh, how funny. Wait ... no. No, it's not. Well I guess it could be that he's a good actor. I think I've seen him in all if three movies.

And he did make a good Bruce Wayne and Jim Morrison.

Finished watching The Colony (2013). Sigh. Just another zombie movie. Edit: Going to watch Sneakers. At least I know it's a good movie.

I'm in my attic drinking red wine and eating an Empanada while cataloging my comic collection. I'm also listening to the Beatles. That's a better answer to the question "what is best in life?" than the stuff about crushing one's enemy and hear the lamentation of their women!

Finished watching The Colony (2013). Sigh. Just another zombie movie. Hmmm. I don't recall any zombies. I'm usually pretty good about detecting them, being an admitted obsessive & all. Granted, I didn't exactly take notes, but still. I know you don't get horror, but perhaps you don't get zombies, either?

Granted, I didn't exactly take notes, but still. I know you don't get horror, but perhaps you don't get zombies, either? I kinda meant that as a generic term Dan. They didn't seem to be any different than the fast infected zombies of modern horror, despite the fact that they were "feral people". I didn't see much difference in Resident Evil, 30 Days Later, Horde (though that actually had a compelling enough plot that the zombies weren't the center of attention), World War Z, or movies of the like. I was hoping for a more monstrous menace, as I am already well informed on what humans can do to each other for their own welfare. So the big reveal was the down slope of the movie to me. Though Bill Paxton played a good asshole in this movie.
