Proboards : Article 18 "You represent and warrant that you shall not use the Website or Services to upload, post, transmit, display, perform or distribute any content, information or materials that glamorize the use of hard core illegal substances and drugs". I'm sure we could discuss whether certain drugs are hard core or not, and my own opinion is that this rule should not cover substances that many states now deem legal, but that's where we are right now. |

Just arrived in the lovely thriving metropolis of Troy, OH and checked into the Hampton Inn before heading to my brother-in-law's house tomorrow for an early Christmas celebration with my wife's side of the family.

Hmmm, wondering what I missed today in a thread I don't stopped postng in  Well, today was hardcore. We went into the country. Our lunch was walking around in the yard. I cornered his ass and took off his head....but I hate pulling out feathers. I also hate seeing chicken feet in a pot. It looks like somebody's hand. Meat....mmm....yummy... |

Just pulled my first ever batch of beef jerky off my pellet smoker. Not too bad. Very good flavor. Didn't cook as evenly as I'd have liked. I think I needed the temp a bit lower. But overall a success.  |

A friend of mine (a fireman) was once in charge of plucking a chicken for a BBQ at the firehouse. Since he was to use an acetylene torch to burn off whatever was left after the feathers were out, he thought he'd just forego the plucking step and use the torch straight on the feathered animal. They ended up eating pizza. |

Just got in from shoveling snow a little bit ago to try to clear the driveway. First significant snowfall of the year today. Have I mentioned yet how much I despise shoveling snow?
