Wha...what? I am sorry. I do not think we have anything else to discuss here. It's like...it's like you hate me or something. I only have a couple issues of Byrnes Alpha Flight, but I remember 1 of those pretty much stating no one in the small Newfoundland town the mergirl hails from thought she was a mutant, just deformed due to the rampant inbreeding in small Newfoundland towns... Wow. I don't recall that! I'll have to go back to the earlier issues and have a look as I cannot recall off the top of my head which issue was all about Marrina. Byrne kind of crammed a lot of stuff into those first 10 issues or so with having the story itself, and then in the back, having a little story with background info on the lives of each character, and how they came to be that character.

Also: I'm trying to wake up right now. And it's taking me forever. Ugh. I am not a morning person. At all.

I just finished my isometrics routine in P90X3 and right at this moment I'm drinking my protein shake: one banana, two tbsp of natural peanut butter, ten ice cubes, 25 grams of protein and a cup of unsweetened almond milk. Who needs milk shakes?

It hit me around 30 that I needed to change my eating habits. I also thought about how ironic it was that I've spent my life reading stories about guys in skin tight costumes, who all sported six packs abs, but I'd never had them myself. That's just not right! The most important thing, though, is that I feel better. Junk food destroy's my stomach.

Apparently I'm making it so Coldwater won't ever eat cottage cheese again.

I allow myself to have cheat days when I go out dinner (went out this past Saturday) and on holiday's, but otherwise, I eat healthy. I tried having cheat days/meals on my off days, but they made me feel like crap since I was eating 90% healthy and my body had adapted. Also, it only took a little of that stuff to make me crave more of it, thanks to the addicting additives our wonderfully unethical corporations make sure is in every one of their glorious products.

Also, I use chocolate flavored whey protein isolate, so I don't feel deprived of chocolate/sweets. I eat two to three bananas a day, which are great for you and fill that niche nicely.

Trebor, you're making me feel inferior. You shouldn't. You're talking to a guy who used to live on Coke Classic and Hot Pockets. I just reached my breaking point of feeling and looking like crap. I'm strongly considering building a shrine to Tony Horton in my basement.
