Never felt "guilty" about liking anything, comics or otherwise. I like what I like and TT to anyone who has an issue with that. Likewise for me. I suppose if there's anyone I'd pick out, it'd be some of the less-p.c. undergrounders such as R Crumb and S Clay Wilson.
I also thought the character had potential, but … what a stupid name! Do his friends call him 'Codey,' or is he really going to be a superhero named 'Assassin'?

I think G.I. Joe is Marvel's best comic of the 1980s.

I like some of the bad Marvel books of the 90s, stuff like Darkhawk, Sleepwalker, Silver Sable, Nightstalkers, Darkhold, etc. Ditto! Give me all of the above (and "The Crossing" era Avengers titles) any day. The list of comics that I'm not supposed to like is quite long; on the DC side I love Jurgens & Jones' Justice League books, Balent's Catwoman, post-Zero Hour Hawkman, etc... And I feel no shame whatsoever.

Adult comics.
I'm an adult, so there.
First came across Eros Comics before I turned 18....not that the age-requirement prevented me from getting a full run of Ramba 1-14
Nothing wrong with adult comics. Some of them are really well done. Anything from Serpieri or Altuna are gorgeous comics. A few of the Eros Comics are actually well done.

Yeah--I make a distinction between "adult" and wank fodder, or even "cultural interest." That is, I can look at Eric Stanton's 50s work as an interesting artifact, but by the 80s, he's gone off the deep end. And in most first generation undergrounds, the sexual content is an integral part of the work.
Less "guilty" than "embarrassed" is when I'm pucking up things like Stanley's Little Lulu or Thirteen, or Lee Holley's Ponytail books.

Most everyone in this forum knows I am not shy about my liking of all things cheesecake. But I don't at all feel guilty and really don't think anyone should be to a point.

Count me as another fan of G.I. Joe. I've been re-reading Special Missions lately and enjoying it immensely.

huh.. I never really answered this. . . I loved this short series, and even tho the design of the main character (I know NO "leather boy" who looks like this or acts like this. . I suspect it was written by a straight person), I did buy every issue that ever was published and I remember really liking it. even if I haven't read it in decades at this point, and don't recall much about it: and no, I'm not sure why "Mycomicshop" blurs the images. . he's completely covered:

another from around the same B&W boom timeframe that I LOVED - even with absolutely terrible art (the cover art was always a MILLION times better than the interior art so it was clear the artist spent way more time on the covers - as it was the same artist that did the interiors) "Breakneck Blvd" - a slice of life series, that had 9 issues from three different companies:Reckless, Motion, & Slave Labor.

Ha! I have fond memories of that title, although I don't think I was motivated enough to keep the issues. When it came out I didn't have much experience with the gay community, no idea how it'd seem to me now … otoh it's plainly meant to be a humor comic.

You should see my living room--I've been collecting pinup barware and ashtrays for a while (though, like with all collectibles, prices have gotten ridiculous).

I have so much "Olivia" cheesecake tin signs on the walls it's prompted at least 2 friends to ask "aren't y'all gay???"
(a beautiful body is beautiful.. even if not SEXUALLY attracted to it)
