What are some comics that you shouldnt like due to various factors (shoddy storytelling, bad art, unlikable characters, etc) but you love anyway?

Adult comics.
I'm an adult, so there.
First came across Eros Comics before I turned 18....not that the age-requirement prevented me from getting a full run of Ramba 1-14

Never felt "guilty" about liking anything, comics or otherwise. I like what I like and TT to anyone who has an issue with that. I like some dumb stories, for various reasons, starting with the art; sometimes it's the potential of the idea, rather than the actual story. Codename: Assassin, in First Issue Special was one of those. The basic story is okay, but kind of generic. However, I could see a ton of potential in it and it sparked my imagination. Turned out, James Robinson was the only one who felt the same. I still read the odd Harvey comic, am in the midst of a review thread defending the 1970s Shazam! comic, loved Atlas/Seaboard, bought Reagan's Raiders because it was too bats@#$ insane to pass up and owned at least two other Solson comics. Eros Comics had some good stuff (mostly the European stuff they reprinted vs homegrown), which put them ahead of most "adult" comic publishers. I had a couple of Apple Comics' Forbidden Fruit line, and one or two from Malibu, but they weren't quite in the same league as Franco Saudelli's The Blonde or Don Simpson's Anton Drek stuff (which was just over-the-top enough to be funny), or Frank Thorne or Liz & Beth or Bill Willingham's Ironwood. Even so, I thought Catalan's European stuff had better material, like The Survivor, or Erma Jaguar, Vittorio Giardino's Little Ego or even Igort's collection.

I am guilt free in comics which I like. It doesn't matter at all what others may think of my reading/music/watching choices. If I find enjoyment in it that is all I require.

Does Ralph Snart Adventures count? Granted, I was only 11/12 years old. One of the few comics my parents ever treated like cliched "this stuff will rot your brain" garbage

Steve Woron was a name I kept coming across, in the late 80s and early 90s. I had a couple of prints that he did; but, it never seemed like he had a regular comics gig of any profile or major commercial art venture. Just seemed to pop up, here and there, with pin-up and cover art. Not quite Dave Stevens, but a cut above some of the guys who dabbled in fantasy and comic art. I know what you mean about 80s indies. I picked up many, flipping through back issue bins and catching an interesting cover. I had the Black Diamond ones. I had a few from AC comics, aside from the Golden Age Men of Mystery reprint material. I suppose you could count some of that as a "guilty pleasure" type of comic, though I mostly skipped over the Femforce stuff. most of the ones I sampled looked too amateurish, compared to some of the other material, like Black Diamond and Dragonfly. Mostly I got their Golden Age reprint stuff. In regards to Elite Comics, always liked Terry Tidwell's Twilight Avenger. The art was on the amateur side, but there was an enthusiasm and a real love of pulp hero adventure to the stories. Also liked his Miracle Squad.

I find the "Blackhawks-as-superheroes" era by Haney and Dillin inexplicably charming.
Cei-U! I summon the mindless entertainment!

I have the entire Balent Catwoman run. I know, her boobs were bigger than her head and she still did complex acrobatics...

Looks like he forgot to latch his chest and it has swung open.
