Based on Cei-U!'s issue yesterday, I performed another tweak to the site tonight. Hopefully, most of you won't notice that anything has changed, while a few of you will find the forum a little easier to look at/navigate. If the forum looks worse/weird/more cumbersome to you than it did before, PLEASE reply with what the problem is and what resolution your desktop monitor is set at (this should not be an issue for smart devices). If you find yourself having to scroll sideways in order to see the entire site and read posts, that is NOT supposed to be happening! Thanks!

Everything looks fine to me (didn't have any issues in any case). Just chiming in to say: take it easy, dude. You've got enough on your plate already, don't worry about the site.

I was just about to post about this--the site isn;t resizing and I have to open the browser really wide or scroll. This is on a PC, both with Mozilla and Chrome. Resolution on my external monitor is 1920 x 1080.
Things look fine on my iphone and Kindle.

Same issue as MDG. Resolution is set at 1920 x 1080, have scroll bar at bottom to reach far right side of page.
As EdoBosnar said, you have a lot going on right now, so this minor inconvenience can wait to be resolved.

My screen resolution is set at 1280 x 1024. I also have display size set to 125%. When I set it back to 100%, the problem with this site goes away BUT I can no longer read the text without my reading glasses (and only barely with). Not sure what to do about it.
Cei-U! I summon the glitch!

Thanks for letting me know, folks. I'm looking into all of this. Yes, I've got a lot going on, but that doesn't mean I intend to leave this place neglected. Cei-U!, would it be easier to set the font size on your browser to "large"? Or are you already doing that?

I've undone the changes temporarily while I await help from proboards with this issue. My apologies.

Well, the problem is gone for now (for me, at least).

MDG and The Captain, when you were experiencing the problems, was your browser fully open (taking up the entire screen)? I'm wondering if going full screen with your browser would have solved the problem and (more importantly) whether that is a solution that would work for you. Most professional websites use the settings I switched to yesterday, and it was my attempt to continue to make this place look legitimate and inviting to new members, but if it's causing unsolvable problems for our current members, that is not acceptable to me.

No--I usually don't have by browser window open full screen (so I can still see my slack window, another doc, etc). Also, it doesn't have to be open full-screen for the scroll bar in the forum to disappear, just wider than I usually keep it.
So it's an inconvenience, but not a deal-breaker if you have to go back.

I appreciate that, but I'll always prioritize your comfort over those of potential new members, so if it's a feature that matters to you, we'll keep it as is.

Back to normal for me, shaxper. Thanks. Mine had looked kind of squished.

I never noticed anything was off, so, err... no issues here, I guess.. as long as your work.. remains..err.. excellent.
