(See the Advance Warning before participating) Favorite Review Thread1. Please post no more than one nomination for your favorite review thread in our seventh year of the CCF (between April 30th, 2020 at 9:22pm EST and April 30, 2021 at 9:21pm EST). 2. You must explain why you are nominating this thread. This is the blurb that will end up in the CCF Hall of Fame if it wins! 3. Please second no more than one nomination made by another member. You may not second your own nomination. 4. Any thread that has previously won this award should not be nominated again unless it has done something especially different in the past year that is worthy of note. It is a given that past winning threads continue to enrich the community. Let someone else have a turn 5. Any thread receiving both a nomination and a second will be included in the final ballot for this award on May 24th. 6. Nominations and Seconds for this round conclude on May 18. 7. Absolutely NO negative talk about another thread, its participants, nor another member's nomination. The very purpose of this event is to salute our members and discussions for all they contribute to this community. Though only one member will ultimately receive this award, you have the potential to thank and maybe touch any member you choose to nominate or second. Please don't use this opportunity to hurt or deflate someone. So start your nominating!

I nominate MWGallaher's Let's Partner Up! Marvel's Western Team-Ups Reviewed!, a deep and thoroughly considered exploration of Marvel's foray into a genre I know next to nothing about. It was fascinating, captivating, and so original in its research and considerations. It truly raised the bar for CCC review threads.

Was great in depth reveal of early Marvel via it's western heroes. So nice too for going outside the normal of reviewing superhero series.

And now for something completely different as Monty Python would say. I nominate mrp and his classiccomics.org/thread/7257/wanda-maximoff-scarlet-reading-annotations. Here is a review thread focusing solely upon a classic loved character by a fan. He is truly delving deep looking at ALL the appearances of the better half of the Maximoff siblings. From her rather weak single hex casting days draining her and her slow growth in character mrp is giving us reasons in his reviewing for wanting to read these old issues. A uniquely different and interesting type of comic book review thread with a critical eye on why a character captures our reader attention. This is only just the start as Wanda has a long history to explore. It as a thread which will continue to get better.

I put forward Codystarbuck's Games of Death and Deceit, I just love the tongue and cheek way he summarizes plots that lets you know just how he feels about the story with out ever having to say it.

I nominate shaxper for his Superman in the Post-Crisis Era (reviews by shaxper). Yeah, I know the thread is not new but this past year I used it as a reference for my read through of those Superman books. It's cool to see his enthusiasm for that era.
