I've come to the conclusion that Joe Bennett does a really nice Hulk and Ironclad but ever other character he does does not impress me.

I really like his work on this title, though I can see it's probably an acquired taste. I love his new look for Walter Langowski/Doc Samson.

Art usually doesn't matter much to me in a comic, but I adore Bennett's work. I'm only up to issue #25, so It's possible something about the quality of his work changes, but as of where I'm at, every character looks exceptional to me.

I'm not usually in to that kind of gross out, body-horror imagery but here it reaches a level where it's almost beautiful in just how grotesque it gets. |
