120mph for me. I was 17 yrs old. It was on a newly opened highway near my house in a 1968 Pontiac LeMans.

About 110 when I was 16. Was racing a friend on the local interstate from one exit to the next. We were stupid and reckless.
I rarely go above 65 these days, even on the highways around here when I can go up to 70 legally. Wherever I'm going will be there when I get there, so I leave a few minutes early and go at my pace, not anyone else's.

I may have gone 85 for short stretches but I don't think I've ever hit 90.
When I was a kid, car speedometers all went up to 120, so my brother and I couldn't understand why our dad would never go 120.

Something around 90 mph. I was passing a long line of cars that were going at or below the speed limit, but when I wanted to go back in the right lane the last guy decided that he wasn't going to get overtaken and he started accelerating. I had to floor it before incoming traffic could pause a problem. Choice epithets ensued!

Since I became a mum I've never crossed 75mph.....I did a few times before that, high 90s max. And only on a long stretch with nothing nearby.
Lost 3 friends in a car crash so it's been a consideration....
