Are these properties in the public domain, or does this publisher now have exclusive rights? Could this affect The Crimebusters?

There are multiple Daredevil being published right now (Larsen's Savage Dragon, Dynamite's Project Super Powers)

Yes, the characters are public domain. It's possible they may try to trademark some things, but I have "The Crimebusters" trademarked already so I should be fine.
