Nice meeting today with ( left to right) brutalis, me, Hoosier X, MWGallaher, tartanphantom, MDG, and Slam_Bradley.  Among the subjects were: Pacific and Eclipse comics, How Stan Lee's best contribution might have been his world building within the universe, Mustache wax, comic cons in Buffalo NY, Timothy Truman, along with seeing some nice swag from Tartanphantom and MDG. |

No Sushi was mentioned but we discussed the finer points of tipping hospitality servers and taking care of your friends or visitors when out and about. Also kicked things off with big talk about tiny heroes in comics like Ant Man, Atom and Doll Man. Plus, as usual, George forgot to mention that we indulged him as host (thank you sir) as he once more went to the Image well in his obsession um, er, I mean discussion. But the group deftly steered conversation to other publishers like Eclipse, First and Pacific. Plus the world of self publishing and crowd funding.
See what you Poozer's are missing out on?

If you like 'em, then buy 'em is my motto. I grab up my westerns and war and Archie. Our man @crimebuster supports the romance and Archie hunt. tartanphantom has his Camp Candy search. Buy and read what you enjoy. That is truly the joy of comic book collecting. |

really sorry I missed. . especially a chance to say hi to Slam.
passive/agressive hubby decided today is the day to change out my computer (not while i was gone for a WEEK to Atlanta, or while I was in bed recovering from Flu Shot aftereffects. . but today, when I was able to get online).
oh well. . looks like y'all had fun, and I have a new computer.
