Has anyone else had problems with NOT receiving notifications (profile page notifications, not email notifications) on bookmarked threads, quotes, etc?

Recently my notification page has been rather quiet, but when I go to the main forum or sub-forum, there are posts and responses in threads that I KNOW I have bookmarked for notifications... I'm just not getting the notifications. If I un-bookmark the thread and then re-bookmark it, they start showing up again for a few days, but then the problem often repeats itself after 4 or 5 days. I checked my notification parameters, and nothing seems to have been changed from before, so it seems that they're just not hitting in my profile notifications.

I use the notification section on my profile page to quickly check things daily, as I don't want to be bombarded with emails for followed threads.
