I voted for Impy but that's because I've read more of him. I've only read Byrne's Mxy and Morrison's re-defined Bat-Mite (though I remember hating Bat-Mite on the cartoons). Yeah, but that's mostly down to Lou Scheimer's grating vocalization (also used for Orko, MO, and several others).

Impossible Man. Lord knows I love Silver Age Marvel, but Impossible Man both annoys and bores the hell out of me. Mr. Mxyzptlk is mild by comparison and I don't think I've ever read a comic with Bat-Mite in it (and nor do I wish to). The impossible man reminds me of a certain green rabbit ...

Bizarro. The dialogue gives me a headache.

Yeah, the addition of Bat-Mite on 1977's The New Adventures of Batman cartoon pretty much turned it into two Scout Masters groaning and being tripped up by one of the most irritating characters ever seen on Saturday morning TV, and that's saying something as there were boatloads of irritating "comedy relief"/foil characters. Its a sharp contrast to the more straightforward (and Bat-Mite free) Batman cartoon Filmation produced between 1968-70.

Would "Other" include John Byrne?

As much as I love Jack Schiff era Batman (to a point!), I have to admit that Bat-Mite is a bit of problem because the Bat-Mite stories are kind of repetitive. I like them, but after a while you feel you're reading the same story over and over again. But I do love Batman #144! Mixing in Batwoman and Bat-Girl provides enough differing interactions that this story is always solid entertainment and also frequently hilarious. "Batwoman's Publicity Agent!" in Batman #133 is also pretty good and frequently very funny. And there's a couple of Bat-Mite team-ups with Mr. Mxyzptlk in World's Finest that showcase the character to greater advantage than a lot of the other Batman stories.

I voted "Other", because the only proper answer to this question is "Rick Jones", but I will also applaud those who mentioned Deadpool and Harley Quinn.
Oh, and Scrappy Doo should be considered for the list as well, the annoying little cur. Puppy Power, my ass.

It's a toss-up between Deadpool and Lobo for me. Ultraviolent satirical characters with ridiculous regenerative powers tend to piss me off.

Waht's the story on the Rick Jones hate? Not that I like the character particularly - I don't really have a strong feeling about him either way, so I'm surprised to find he's considered annoying by a lot of people. Maybe it's something I didn't read? I know him mostly from the early-70s Captain Marvel reboot with the new costume and a bit from the early Hulk.
Mind you, I can see finding any and all juvenile sidekicks annoying. If that's it I'm totally on board, just on general principle.
