With 2020 arriving Mattel has officially lost the DC license and both McFarlane Toys and Spin Masters have it for the next few years. Spin Masters wasted no time revealing their 2020 launch, which will be available later this month. I got an e-mail from Entertainment Earth with the reveal and order information last (well this morning technically as it was sent just after midnight) and saw an article on Toy Ark detailing the initial launch this morning. It looks like the first wave of stuff will be a line of 4 inch Batman figures and vehicles based on Rebirth designs, a line of 12 inch DC figures (still Batman heavy) with Rebirth and new52 designs, a line of 2 inch figures in blind bags and some role play toys... DC Comics 4″ Scale FiguresBatman Rebirth Batman Tactical Suit Robin The Joker Nightwing Man-Bat Batman Gold Suit (Chase Figure) Batmobile and Batboat Transforming Vehicle Batcycle with Batman and Clayface Figures DC Comics 12″ Scale FiguresBatman Rebirth Batman Rebirth Blue Suit Harley Quinn Robin The Joker Batman Tactical Suit Superman The Flash Shazam Other Items2″ Scale Blind Bags Batman Voice-Changing Mask Batman Interactive Role-Play Gauntlet with Lights and Sounds Here's a look at the 4 inch figures... and according to Entertainment Earth these will retail at $7.99 each. And vehicles for that scale... The 12 inch figures will retail at $9.99 according to Entertainment Earth, here's a look at Superman and Flash... looks like decent sculpts and articulation for the price point (much better than the similarly priced Titan line for Marvel from Hasbro). And here's a look at the 2 inch blind bag figure assortment form Entertianment Earth's site, looks like it'a Batman only, but has some interesting choices... -M

I'm sure I'll end up grabbing a 4 inch/12 inch Batman for my collection, but I already know I'll really be into the 2 inch blind bag ones.
