Complicated. More was planned but the delays and behind scenes politics have at the very least diluted it. As a Watchmen sequel it was actually fairly good. Ozymandias and Manhattan were great (Ozy was so good he could have been written by Alan Moore), Rorschach II is a great character, the atmosphere of dread and despair is palpable and the conclusion managed to be a rare case of an anti climax actually working in the stories favor
