Here's a look at the bestselling Graphic Novels and manga for 2020 (into the first week of 2021)according to the NY Times best-seller list. These are based on book trade numbers, not direct market. You will not find Marvel anywhere on any of these lists. DC makes 4 appearances, 2 early in 2020 for Watchmen on the strength of the HBO series, and one mid-year with the release of the Teen Titans: Beast Boy OGN, sequel to last year's Raven OGN form the Ink/Zoom line, and once late in the year with the release of the collected edition of Batman: Three Jokers. And once again, Raina Telgemeier rules the roost. There are several titles and series that appear regularly throughout the year. The only other super-hero flavored book to appear is a couple of volumes of Umbrella Academy from Dark Horse, likely on the strength of the TV series as well.
