A couple of years ago DC Brought back Vibe who had died in the pre-Flashpoint DCU in the pages of Justice League of America during 1987's Legends storyline.
since Vibe's death other heroes have died as well some of which were resurrected prior to Flashpoint resulting in their being subtly altered to fit into the new Universe as it unfolded.
Other's like Vibe, Ralph Dibny The Elongated Man, Green lantern Alan Scott, Dr. Light Kimiyo Hoshi etc. remained dead until the reboot when Vibe was "Reborn" So with Vibe's rebirth we can therefore draw the conclusion that these other heroes and many like them have an opportunity to make their own returns.
as you can see I've already named two in Ralph Dibny and Dr. Light (II) So who else?
