among my giant stack o' comics yesterday... AQUAMAN AND THE OTHERS #6 **1/2 Filler issue right out the 1980s as the team gets a new HQ and everyone goes home to visit. Lan Medina continues to make the comic look good. JUSTICE LEAGUE 3000 #10 ** The ten issue opening arc finally comes to an end. Another DC series set in the year 3000 has a guest starring role. GRAYSON #3 *** A bit better this month as we see some more Spyral agents in action. Lots of good action and a little Bond style romance as well. Mikel Janin continues his march toward the top of the DC artist chart. DETECTIVE COMICS #35 *** Story was solid and the issue went by way too quick. It could be a good opportunity to see some detective work. Jean Paul Leon really filled up the art pages, now if I just liked the way he drew people better. WONDER WOMAN #34 ** If I'm guessing right... next issue Zeke gets on the throne, reveals his true identity, tosses down some thunderbolts, the end. Nice art by Cliff Chang. GREEN LANTERN #35 **1/2 I didn't read the Godhead opener, but I could piece together the events all right so I wasn't lost. It was ok, like the other giant arcs in Green Lantern comics of late. BATMAN/ SUPERMAN #14 *** Toyman, Lois and Catwoman livened things up a little bit. It looks like we're still headed to the familiar King Superman vs Rebel Batman story. JUSTICE LEAGUE #34 **** Johns crafts another winner where everyone got a bit of time to shine. The Captain Cold pages were what you expected out of the Johns/ Kolins team. Still, it is the Lex Luthor train and I'm all aboard. SUPERMAN DOOMED #2 **** This epic turned out to be a lot better than I ever thought it would when it was first announced. And that last page... ACTION COMICS #35 ***1/2 Pak resets a whole bunch of things in Superman's world. He continues to do great work with the cast, especially Lana and John Henry.

Thanks for this plethora of awesome reviews!
I've only bought Justice League #34 and Aquaman & the Others #6 and have only read Justice League so far but I agree with your review on it. Geoff Johns and the League continue to be a match made in Heaven. I'm excited to see how Luthor and Cold's stories play out. The new Power Ring has me quite intrigued as well.

I'm going to start reading Wonder Woman real soon when the Finches take over and I'm thinking of revisiting her to get a general feel and I'm a fan of Aquaman and the Others. I'm trying to cut back on Comics and stick with the ones that I like. Thanks for this nice list of reviews, very informative.

I don't get in digital format and I do get it in print format a month later and my dear friend Jeff has already taken care of the book I like the most. Count me in as a fan of this book!

Read and thoroughly enjoyed Gotham Academy #1. Karl Kerschl's art is gorgeous and Becky Cloonan and Brneden Fletcher have found a very unique voice to tell stories in Gotham. Best part-it was fun! with a capital F, a welcome break from the dreariness of Didio/Harras DC, but still told a gripping story.
