According to Bloomberg Spin Masters Corp will take over the DC license for boys toys, remote control and robotic vehicles, water toys and games and puzzles, while Mattel will retain pre-school and girls toys (likely Imaginext and Super Hero Girls). Mattel's stock took a big hit with the news as well. I am most interested in how this might affect the Mego DC line, but we'll have to wait and see as the new agreements go into affect in 2020, so we will have a lame duck year of Mattel toys.
