Aside from this board, I cant create new threads on the other boards (though I can reply). I am logged in, so that's not the issue. What is going on?

Many boards have their individual (for members) policies to create threads. I've used to belong to a board that only let you create a thread after you posted 10 times on other threads before you get permission to start a thread. I would get a hold of a site administrator and/or a moderator for assistance and most boards have private messages in place to assist you in that area. This is the best answer that I can do for you. |

This question doesn't have anything to do with CCF. That's like when a costumer asks me when UPS is delivering to their residence.

I believe the OP means that boards on this site aside from the Help Desk will not allow him to create threads yet. This is because the site requires five posts before you can create your own thread anywhere but in this section in order to minimize spammers.
