Saw the General Ursus and Dr. Zaous Mego figures today at Target. Wasn't all the impressed as the faces were rather bland and neither had their eyes painted on. The GREAT FIND was the Peter Vushing Dr. Van Helsing! Will look great on my wall beside the Lee Dracula. Merry Christmas to me!!!

For those having trouble buying Megos or who want to support Mego more directly, Mego has established their own Mego Store on Amazon. You can get most releases (including things like the Diamond exclusives) there. Mego StoreI haven't bought a new Mego in over a year, not that the stuff isn't still cool, I just have made some hard choices about budgets and what I spend my hobby money on, and most toys didn't make the cut, but it's nice to see them trying to make them more accessible for those who do. Some might have qualms about supporting Amazon and I get that, but it is what it is. -M |
