There's a bunch of survey ads-"how likely are you to (watch, buy, etc.) whatever product" with 2 buttons on it (likely and not likely). Whenever it appears at the bottom of the page it is force scrolling the page down to the ad and holding it there for about 45 seconds before I can scroll back to the top. It's been for seasons of shows on Netflix, types of tech products, types of services, etc. the content varies but it's always the how likely are you question with the two buttons. It's only a minor annoyance and the ad doesn't show up every time I click to a new page on the forum, but often enough to be frustrating. Not sure if this is unique to me and an ad showing up based on certain algorithms, or something pro-boards took money for.

I was experiencing the scrolling earlier today, but it didn't keep me down at the bottom. It has since stopped. If it's still happening for you, and you are sure it's the ads doing it, click the "report ad" link at the very bottom of any page so that proboards can look into it.

I've been getting ads that are full tabs of their on with pop ups that are super annoying and probably malware... I'm not 100% certain they're related to proboards, but they seem to be... I'll see if adblocker does it's thing on them and let you know.

I have been getting the ads that pull you to the bottom of the page thing again last night and this morning. I think I know which as it is and reported it, but I am not 100% sure I got which ad was doing it right.

Thanks for reporting it.

I've been getting this again today. The culprit seems to be a Verizon "poll" ad. I can't see a button on it to report.

I've been getting this again today. The culprit seems to be a Verizon "poll" ad. I can't see a button on it to report. At the very bottom of the page (if you are in desktop mode) there are a series of links that are rather hard to see. I've tried finding a way to make them more visible, but proboards controls their color. Anyway, the one all the way on the bottom right says "Report Ad" . If you click on this, it will allow you to choose which ad currently showing on the page is the source of the problem and then report it for you.

I had to highlight the entire bottom of the page to be able to make it out.

Thanks. That color makes it impossible to see. I had to highlight the entire bottom of the page to be able to make it out. I've been reporting that ad for the last 3 days. Proboards doesn't seemed to be inclined to do anything about it. Of course this is the 6th time that ad has come into the rotation on the boards and it does the force scroll every time so I just assume they are paying Proboards enough for them not to care about user complaints. -M It's not proboards. It's Google. Proboards is reporting and fighting these ads just as hard as you are because it reflects poorly on them. But when you're in business with Google, you get screwed. It's why I stopped trying to run our own ads here via Google ages ago.

And the adblock has gone back on. I hate to do it. But I've reported that Verizon ad over a dozen times over the last few days and I still get scrolled to the bottom. I'll turn it off tomorrow and try again.

I use both a Windows 10 and Mac machine (Chrome on both) and have still never yet encountered this phenomenon.
