Whatever story it was that got those twelve together to save the day, I want to read it. Love Da Ordster art.

Upsetting lack of Doctor Fate, but that is real nice.

Nice pic...I'd be tempted by those characters to read that story. I too am a bit disappointed by the lack of Dr. Fate(he's my favorite character of the Earth 2 JSA).

Love it !
Thanks for sharing, Dr.
I remember first seeing his work in the early 80's and loving it.
Maybe DC can put him back to work post-Multiversity.

Probably not, hondo. There's supposedly bad blood between Jerry and the current regime at DC. Too bad, because Ordway's one of the few artists ho can suck me into buying a contemprary comic.
Cei-U! I summon the personal favorite!

I do recall Ordway complaining to the fan press some months back on how DC won't use him no matter what he proposes. Thats a damn shame and going public probably doesn't help getting him future work at that company

Thats a damn shame and going public probably doesn't help getting him future work at that company It wasn't just that DC wouldn't use him, it was that he was DC exclusive and couldn't take work elsewhere and wasn't getting work form them. He had basically asked give me work or let me out of the exclusive contract and DC's answer was no to both, so he spoke out. -M

I hope they wise up soon and give him an ongoing.

His exclusive ended now, I believe so he can take work elsewhere.

His exclusive ended now, I believe so he can take work elsewhere. -M But I'm selfish and want him to draw only DC characters.

Ordway's Superman is probably my single favorite version.
You're right Kurt. I'd forgotten about that how DC had done him wrong.
Maybe they could use him later on a Thunderworld title ?
