Actually, I go to a Comic Book Store that allows you to rent a book for a quarter and I usually bring a dollar worth of quarters to the store to rent books. I have a dear friend by the name of Jeff been doing this since 2007. Actual Book not Digital.

It's an unique way of doing business.

A quarter is a steal ! I've only ever heard of one other shop doing that and it was in Chicago back in the 90's I believe.
