You gotta love a villain in a top hat. No spoilers, but I have multiple villains in top hats coming up on my list!

Dick Tracy has some of the oddest and coolest villains around. Sadly though I never had much Tracy to ever read while growing up and mostly saw Tracy in cartoon form so I don't have a strong affinity to them for this holiday villain list. Whenever I have more $$ to spend it will be on the Dick Tracy volumes. Have to finish out my Judge Dredd Classics and Usagi Yojimbo's in the next few months. Then it is the glory days of newspaper comic strips I will begin upon the collecting craze. Good old classic stuff (older than this old timer, LOL) I have only ever seen in bits and pieces but have become enamored of collecting for reading and pleasing my eyeballs and brain with. Dick Tracy, Prince Valiant, Jungle Jim, Flash Gordon, Buck Rogers, Johnny Hazard and Steve Canyon high on the want list with plenty of others!!

Coming in at number 12 on our countdown, that minuscule menace who despite his small size has big plans for world domination... Mister Mind It's not every worm who can take on the World's Mightiest Mortal. But Mister Mind isn't just any worm. He's small and green and looks like he's wearing spectacles. And he has a swell transmitter that looks like an old-timey radio so that everyone can hear him. He's just the right mixture of sinister and cute. And be careful. He could be lurking anywhere. Even on your shoulder. Top notch pick! Didn't even think about this little guy

Mrs. Pruneface (aka "Ana"), Dick Tracy comic strip (July 16-September 26, 1943) Nice pick. Mrs. Pruneface just fell off the end of my list (she would've been #13), so it's nice to see her represented on somebody else's list. She's proper, "children's nightmare" scarey...like Baba Yaga or the witch from Hansel & Gretel.

This is honestly the golden age of comic strip reprints. There is more variety more readily available in more quality formats than there has ever been before.

Icctrombone and brutalis ... I've made a change to my lineup today because someone here told me so.

I was sorely tempted to use both The Living Tribunal and Eternity, but I wasn't comfortable classifying them as "villains". Heh! Heh! I understand: that's why I checked with Cei-U before the event began! (I figure that any character who at some point tells a hero that the Earth must be destroyed can be seen as a villain... at least in the context of that one story!) Funny you say that I have the same feeling about one of my choices coming later.

But I was going to have Quicksilver but since you used him today, I'm going to Insert someone else. I've can't reveal this member name and he told me that Quicksilver is not allowed according to Kurt's rules and I'm having a hard time dealing with it and I was told that the Scarlet Witch is not. I had to take her out and replace it with the White Queen and I'm revealing another villain tomorrow that allowed by Kurt.

Really? I thought Quicksilver was a villain at the beginning.

11. 9-Jack-9Never has the boater hat and striped suit looked so terrifying! I thought I might be the only one to post this character but The Captain beat me to it yesterday. I also considered a couple other villains from Scotty McCloud's Zot! run but I decided this one is the best. As mentioned 9-Jack-9 is an assassin who can travel through electricity. I like how it has a sort of dapper stylish vibe to the clothing and simply blacking out face and only illuminating the eyes makes it very menacing.

I don't know why Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch wouldn't be allowed, as long as you are using designs from their villainous days.
