George Perez is seriously making the rounds this year. I've seen him listed as attending so many conventions this year. And he's doing additional signings and appearances on top of that for his new book.

I really want to meet Perez one day. I was so sad when he wasn't there the one day I attended Dragoncon this year.

There are a lot of folks there that I would love to meet. Neal Adams, Mark Bagley, Bob Hall, Mike McKone, Khoi Pham, and Marv Wolfman (to thank him for TOD and get my #10 signed; I'd hoped to get Gene Colan to sign it a few years ago at Pittsburgh's show, but he had to cancel last minute).
I'll be meeting Perez and Trimpe next weekend here in Pittsburgh, and I've met Greg Horn before; he is a really cool guy and told me a really funny story about the covers he did for the Emma Frost series for Marvel when he was here three or four years ago.
It's odd and a little disappointing that Cincinnati, a similarly-sized city, has such a great guest list while the Pittsburgh show, outside of a handful of folks, is pretty "meh".
