I can't think of any MU relationships that would be close to marriage, really.
Maybe Chase and Gert in Runaways? That'd be interesting (though based on the 1st two issues, it'll take until June just to get the team together).
I'd be inclined to say it would be some sort of LQBT-type relationship, but I'm not aware of any that are prominent right now.
Of course, I'm not reading much Marvel these days, either.
