Local Comic Shop Day
Based on the marketing of record shop day, comic stories started a local comic book shop day a couple years back.Saturday is this year's version of it.
participating shops will have several exclusive items only offered for sale on this day (21 in total, you can see what items are offered in the link above)
Even if not interested in the exclusive items, some shops run sale sin conjunction with the event, and if you have a shop you want to support, it's good day to get out and do so. Clear out your pulls before the holiday season starts and make sure their operating capital isn't tied up in books you agreed to purchase but haven;t yet.
