You can pick one hero/villain/character from Marvel Comics and one hero/villain/character from DC comics and they will forever be switched into opposite comic universes. Your pick is final and they can NEVER go back to their original universe.

Marvel: Loki just to see the awesomeness of him messing with the New Gods. DC: Metamorpho because he would fit the MU so well and the interactions would be epic. Independents:Badger into the DCU. Badger would annoy the Bat-God of Gotham all to hell. Nexus into the DCU. The Phantom into the MU. His adventures and history of descendants taking the role fits the MU so well. Mandrake the Magician into the DCU. Meet with Zatarra and his daughter Zatanna a MUST! Can you imagine the uptight Mandrake and Constantine road show that ensues? Magnus Robot Fighter into the MU. Ultron can start worrying cause there is a new guy in town. Casper the Friendly Ghost into the DCU. Constantine's spirit guide anyone?!?

You know I had a harder time with this than I thought I would. To some extent I think I would like to see either Batwoman or Wonder Woman in Marvel, as traditionally, in the past, I have felt that Marvel's writing was stronger and those two would do well in that environment. That being said, Marvel has not done that well in handling strong, confident woman either (for the long run at least).
So now I am going to go with Green Arrow. He seems he would fit in there well.
As far as Marvel going to DC, The Rhino would fit in well over there. He could have some epic battles with ol' Bats.

There are others if you really think about it and dig deep.
I can see Modok moving from the MU into the DCU. A perfect foil for the Doom Patrol and yet also with all of his mental/scientific abilities he could challenge a vast array of the street level DCU hero's and i bet that he could even make an interesting challenge for Superman.
Braniac or Luthor could jump into the MU rather readily and fit in with the egotistical villainy there.
Deadshot leaving DC for Marvel to go up against Daredevil and Spidey would be fun. The rivalry between him and Bullseye would be so spectacular. And a Punisher/Deadshot team-up would be intense.
I think Batgirl could shine moving from the dark streets of the DCU into the limelight of the MU. Her sense of fun and adventure fits in really well IMO.
Firestorm and Etrigan the Demon are much more Marvel style characters already so jumping them away from DC isn't such a stretch.
Take Shazam away from being a second string Superman and let him be a true Captain Marvel. Many of his sillier opponents wouldn't be looked at twice within the MU.

I think Thor and Shazam fought in the Marvel vs DC event in the '90s. I can't remember who won. |

I'd like to see the Hulk in the DCU. DC has had Loose Cannon and Solomon Grundy and Doomsday as the closest Hulk-ish characters, but having the real thing would be cool to see.
DC to Marvel I'd like to see what Marvel could do with the Martian Manhunter. They could really expand on him I think.

That is the fun part of Billy Batson coming over to Marvel. Who in the MU becomes part of the Marvel family? Does Rick Jones get to become Captain Marvel Jr? Could MJ or Gwen Stacy or Misty Knight become Mary Marvel and what about the 3 Lieutenant Marvel's: you could redo the Sons of the Tiger and make them be Lin Sun and Abe Brown and drop Bob Diamond in favor of Hector Ayala. Volstagg would make a great "uncle Dudley" for the group |

Mighty Thor to DC ComicsImagine Mighty Thor joining the Justice League with Superman, Wonder Woman, and all the others as well. Having two red capes looks smashing and having Thor also teaming up with Shazam would make my mouth water with having two characters with similar traits and all. He would fit in DC Universe and have a decent rouge team that I just can't image what the writers can come up with. Imagine a Justice League Team with Superman, Mighty Thor, Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter, Captain Marvel. and others - It would be sensational.  Persuader to Marvel Comics I would have this villain transformed himself into a hero and join the Avengers because his headgear resembled Iron Man an this guy can make himself battling Terrax and I would salivate seeing two battle axes clashing together in an Avengers Comic Book and both of them would be battling for hours and hours giving readers excitement and DC Comics hasn't used him for awhile. I have been thinking of this for 12 hours now and these two much switch companies soon.  Persuader vs Terrax  Possibilities are endless!

I wouldn't make Gwen or Misty into Mary Marvel though; how about Sharon Ventura? |

From Marvel to DC, I would like to see Daredevil go to Gotham. I think it would be interesting to see him take on Batman's cast of villains, as I think he matches up well with them physically (for the most part), and it would be cool to see him as the DA, facing off against Joker or Riddler at night, then working to put them away during the day. As well, with his experience battling Wilson Fisk, I could see him putting a real hurt on the crime bosses of the city, both in hindering their operations as DD and in shutting them down as the DA.
To make this work, however, I have to send Batman to the MU, as there is no way he plays nice with having another hero not part of the Bat Family in town. This actually would be beneficial, because it could tone down the "Bat God" aspect of the character that has had to develop in order to let him seem like a player in a world (and on a team) that has Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern, etc. He's just a man, while those are all super-humans with nigh-godlike power, so having him in a more street-level world, dealing with villains like Wilson Fisk and Bullseye as well as other heroes such as Luke Cage, Punisher, and Spider-Man, would allow him to be written as more human.
