I can confirm J.H. Williams III is most definitely on my list of 25 artists.
Actually, as I looked over images of Byrne's work, like most artists, some of his best work is when he inks himself, as he did for a good chunk of his FF run.
For those that think inkers are merely tracers and don't contribute, you can see the difference of the same penciler inked by a variety of inkers
